Fleur Consultants was created to fill a void in the wedding and event industry.
Some couples want to do the planning all themselves, while others want a full time planner. But what about the couples in between? Maybe a sounding board or a quick personalized resource? That's where Fleur comes in!
Hello! I'm Nicole!
My original professional life was on the stage singing and acting and I fell into hospitality quite unexpectedly!
I was working with De Beers Diamond Jewelers to support my performing habit and my now husband saw how much I loved planning and executing their luxury events as well as working with couples who came into the boutique.
I completed my Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston and joined For Your Memories in Houston, TX where where I began my first wedding planning business.
My success led me to a job at The Plaza Hotel in NYC, followed by a move to Las Vegas with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. From Vegas, I served as the Director of Catering & Conference Services with Four Seasons, Santa Fe and Director of Catering with Waldorf Astoria, La Quitna Resort in Southern California. Don't worry, I never stopped singing along the way!
It was during my last decade in the wedding business I realized there was a missing personalized service option in the wedding world for so many couples. I created Fleur Consultants to go beyond wedding planning and also provide individualized consulting so every couple has an opportunity to get the help and support they need, no matter their budget or what their wedding vision is.
My goal is to provide you with the tools you need and want to create your special day just the way you want it!
